WIND DOWN TEA

It helps me sleep love it 🫶

I was a skeptic of tea to help me sleep, but have been pleasantly wrong. Love this tea! It's part of my nighttime routine now and I wake up feeling great. Don't hesitate to buy!!

I struggle with inadequate sleep, or at least have interrupted sleep a few nights per week, leaving me with morning grogginess. I tried sleeping aids like melatonin and Zquil, but unfortunately, I experienced even more morning grogginess, which led to skipping the gym and unproductive days.

For a while now, I've been searching for a rescue remedy, and thankfully after using the Wind Down tea by Plant Body, I have had beautiful results. Now, I discovered a new consistent "wind down" routine: sipping the tea one hour before bed, dimming the lights, playing faint rain sounds, and eventually feeling the soothing results of calm onto sleeping well! The mornings are also improving, with a burst of energy from a great night's sleep.

Not only is this tea delicious, but it also helps me sleep SO well! I also love that everything is sourced locally!
